Summary – We are hiring a Full Time CARE COORDINATOR

We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team at Guardian Angel Carers in Eastleigh & Hedge End. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our home care services. This position is essential in coordinating care scheduling and supporting our team of carers to deliver outstanding service to our clients in Eastleigh & Hedge End.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage care schedulesfor clients and carers.
  • Communicate effectivelywith clients and carers to ensure high-quality service delivery..
  • Direct supervision of our team of carers, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • Provide coachingand support to team members to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Foster effective communicationwithin the carers team, office and with clients\’ families.
  • On Call Duty– generally 1 weekend per month + 1 day a week depending on shift pattern with the On Call team. Responsibilities include Scheduling and cover of sickness.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative roleis preferred.
  • Proven leadership experiencein a care setting is essential.
  • Strong understanding of senior care practicesand regulations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in supervising teamsis preferred.
  • Strong IT skills andproficiencyin Scheduling Softwarefor maintaining records is essential.
  • Minimum ofLevel 3 Adult & Social Careis essential.
