As a Care Assistant, you will provide tailored support based on individual needs, including:
- Companionship and emotional support
- Assistance with outings such as appointments, day centres, and social activities

Essential Requirements - To be considered for this role, applicants must have a valid right to work in the UK with no sponsorship or transfer requirements.
