Guardian Angel Carers Ltd is seeking an experienced Live-In Care Team Leader to mentor and inspire a team of CareAngels while continuing to deliver exceptional care. This role blends hands-on care with leadership, supporting new carers through onboarding, shadow shifts and ongoing development.
You will be the first point of contact for a group of CareAngels, provide regular wellbeing check-ins, coordinate spot checks and updates, and work closely with senior management to uphold the highest standards.
