Their growing team is revolutionising data infrastructure with a cutting-edge cloud platform, harnessing the power of machine learning and GenAI. The Role
- Tracking of all Data project costs to ensure they are in line with the approved spending. Perform variance analysis and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Host project kick-off calls, backlog refinement calls, daily standups, and any others crucial to effective delivery management and team collaboration.
- Understand your stakeholders and establish excellent relationships and communication forums to deliver project communications and updates.
- Develop, maintain, publish and distribute accurate project plans, and ensure they are pro actively actioned on time.
- Work with the Data PMO to ensure project financials and timesheets are accurate and imputed in a timely manner by your project team.
What you will need
- Experience of working with different project delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Planned Iterative etc.
- 5+ years\’ experience as a Delivery/Project Manager.
- Superior communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business.
- An excellent negotiator, influencer and networker.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative with an aptitude and ability to lead a team.
- Experience within the Insurance Industry, and knowledge of the associated regulating bodies (eg The Financial Conduct Authority) desirable but not compulsory.
