The Role
- Deliver 7.5 hrs/week of short employability sessions (CVs, interviews, workplace behaviours).
- Support learners in their work placements for around 25 hrs/week, helping them settle in and grow in confidence.
- Source and engage local employers to create meaningful placements.
- Liaise with employers, families and carers to ensure progress.
About You
- Background as an Employment Advisor or similar (job coaching, employability, youth work, careers advice, recruitment).
- Confident engaging with employers and building partnerships.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Experience supporting young people or disadvantaged groups into work is a bonus.
- No teaching qualification required, training provided.
