You will be working in a unique community Hub designed for ex-offenders, and it\’s genuinely brilliant. It\’s a safe, welcoming space where people can connect, see a friendly face, and get the support they need to rebuild their lives.
The Hub Includes:
- An onsite gym
- Music studios
- Wellness rooms
- Arts and crafts spaces
- Weekly doughnut and debate clubs (where support workers and clients discuss current events over doughnuts)
- Cooked breakfasts during the week (with clients helping prepare the food)
With all of this in place, the Hub provides the perfect setting to offer practical and meaningful support. Alongside getting involved in activities, you\’ll manage a caseload of clients through one-to-one sessions, helping them access housing, benefits, register with GPs or dentists, find training courses, and build life skills like budgeting, cooking, and wellness. Thereβs also light-touch employment support where needed.
