This is a brand-new leadership role, overseeing a team at an ex-offender community hub, a safe space where ex-offenders can find support, connection, and opportunities. Here, they have access to:
- An onsite gym

- Weekly doughnut and debate clubs (where support workers and clients discuss the week's news over doughnuts!)
- Cooked breakfasts throughout the week (with clients getting involved in the cooking!)
About The Role: You will manage a team of four, who work with a caseload of clients in 1:1 sessions to:
- Access housing and benefits
- Register with a GP and dentist
- Find training courses
- Receive light-touch employment support
- Develop essential life skills such as budgeting, cooking, and wellness
Your key focus will be overseeing day-to-day operations and team delivery, as well as providing support and development opportunities for your team. You'll also be the lead contact for safeguarding and will oversee the referrals process, building strong relationships with partners.
Who We're Looking For: To apply, you must have experience managing teams that deliver similar services within criminal justice or in a service supporting vulnerable client groups such as a hostel, supported housing, or employment support service.
