We’re now looking for a UK Brand Manager to lead the performance of our iconic range in the UK market and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, shopper and portfolio strategy across retail and online channels. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of the business, working closely with Sales, Category, Innovation and Marketing teams to deliver standout brand experiences and strong commercial results.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning UK brand and shopper activation across in-store and online channels
- Leading NPD & EPD launches, including packaging design, 360 campaign development and post-launch reviews
- Supporting the delivery and creation of the annual brand plans
- Leading our Online Shopper growth agenda from strategy to evaluation
- Leading retailer sell-ins in partnership with Sales and Category teams
- Managing packaging projects, from artwork development to delivery
- Optimising the UK product portfolio, spotting growth opportunities through insight and data
- Tracking competitors, category and shopper trends — and turning insight into action
- Managing and tracking UK marketing spend, ensuring investment delivers results
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid FMCG marketing experience with strong brand, shopper and portfolio expertise
- Is a confident, empathetic communicator who can influence internally and externally
- Thinks creatively, solves problems and thrives in fast-paced environments
