Are you passionate about driving meaningful environmental and social change? We’re looking for a dynamic Sustainability Lead to lead and evolve our sustainability strategy across our Bishop’s Stortford manufacturing site and Shepherd’s Bush office. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with Technical, Procurement, People, and Operations teams to embed sustainability across the business. From leading site-wide initiatives and managing key certifications (including B-Corp, RSPO, and RFA), to developing carbon frameworks and driving continuous improvement across our supply chain — you’ll be at the heart of shaping a more sustainable future.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading and delivering our sustainability strategy aligned to business goals and external standards
- Driving environmental, ethical, and social impact programmes across sites
- Embedding carbon reduction and whole-life carbon thinking into operations
- Managing sustainability certifications and compliance with UK and international legislation
- Developing policies, KPIs, and systems to improve transparency
