We’re now looking for a passionate and detail-focused Quality Assurance / Food Safety Technician to join our team and help us maintain the high standards our products are known for. Working closely with our Production and Engineering teams, you’ll have a strong presence on the factory floor, monitoring compliance, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting teams to resolve quality and food safety issues effectively. Carrying out raw material and packaging intake checks , ensuring everything meets specification. Performing routine quality, temperature, product and taste panel checks throughout production. Conducting and supporting microbiological, physical, chemical and allergen testing . Managing laboratory samples, results and Certificates of Analysis. Identifying, recording and escalating non-conformances and food safety or quality concerns. Supporting and educating colleagues to strengthen our Food Safety & Quality Culture . Maintaining accurate logs, records, documentation and quality systems . Providing general support and cover across the QA team when required. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and passionate about quality , with the confidence to work closely with production teams and challenge standards when necessary.
