We’re now looking for a passionate and detail-focused Quality Assurance / Food Safety Technician to join our team and help us maintain the high standards our products are known for.
Working closely with our Production and Engineering teams, you’ll have a strong presence on the factory floor, monitoring compliance, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting teams to resolve quality and food safety issues effectively. 🔍 What you’ll be doing Carrying out raw material and packaging intake checks , ensuring everything meets specification.
Performing routine quality, temperature, product and taste panel checks throughout production.
Conducting and supporting microbiological, physical, chemical and allergen testing .
Managing laboratory samples, results and Certificates of Analysis.
Identifying, recording and escalating non-conformances and food safety or quality concerns.
Reviewing held stock and contributing to Problem Stock Meetings .
Championing GMP and continuous improvement across the factory.
Supporting and educating colleagues to strengthen our Food Safety
