Hybrid role – 3 days per week in Bishop’s Stortford.
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain and production planning? We’re looking for a Materials Planner to join our dynamic team in Bishop’s Stortford!

Your Key Responsibilities:
Raw Material & Packaging Replenishment – Manage stock levels and supplier lead times using Excel and SAP
Supplier Coordination – Process deliveries, handle purchase orders, and resolve shortages or rejections
Stock & Planning Management – Maintain accurate stock records and ensure smooth production scheduling
Communication & Problem-Solving – Escalate material issues, liaise with suppliers, and work closely with Production & Planning teams
Daily Ramekin Production Scheduling – Ensure timely and efficient production planning
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Excellent Excel skills – You’ll be handling data and stock accuracy
✔ Strong organisational skills – Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
✔ Attention to detail – Experience in data analysis and stock management
✔ Team player & proactive mindset – Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
✔ Previous raw material replenishment experience is preferred, but full training is provided!
