The Role

Reporting to the People Business Partner, you’ll be a key player in our People Team, supporting employees across our two buzzing offices in Bishop’s Stortford and Shepherd’s Bush.

You’ll be the go-to for:

  • Preparing offer letters, contracts, and references
  • Organising induction processes and managing onboarding/offboarding (including via Bob)
  • Supporting with probation, T&Cs changes, exit interviews, and basic ER cases
  • Being a liaison for IT access for starters/leavers
  • Keeping HR systems and files (especially Bob) tidy and up-to-date
  • Assisting with recruitment coordination, mainly for our factory team
  • Generating useful HR KPIs and reports
  • Being a friendly and reliable first point of contact for HR queries

You:

You don’t need years of HR experience — this could be your first step into HR, or you may already have some admin/HR exposure. Either way, we’re after someone:

  • Who’s people-focused, with a can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
  • Confident communicating with people at all levels
  • Organised, professional, and on top of the detail

  • Comfortable working across multiple sites and juggling priorities
