GTX is an ETF market maker, quoting across European exchanges.

We're a small team of traders, quants and engineers building the systems that price, hedge, and trade thousands of instruments in real time.

We're looking for experienced C++ engineers to build out our next generation of market making systems, making architectural decisions that will shape how we trade for the next decade.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and build fault tolerant, low-latency systems for ETF market making
  • Work directly with traders and quants to turn ideas into features across pricing, quoting, hedging, and risk management.
  • Drive the architecture and technical direction of core trading systems.
  • Required
  • Extensive production experience building latency-sensitive systems using modern C++.
  • Experience in market making, electronic trading or exchange connectivity.
  • Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management and performance optimisation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
