GTX is an ETF market maker, quoting across European exchanges.
We're a small team of traders, quants and engineers building the systems that price, hedge, and trade thousands of instruments in real time.
We're looking for experienced C++ engineers to build out our next generation of market making systems, making architectural decisions that will shape how we trade for the next decade.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build fault tolerant, low-latency systems for ETF market making
- Work directly with traders and quants to turn ideas into features across pricing, quoting, hedging, and risk management.
- Drive the architecture and technical direction of core trading systems.
- Required
- Extensive production experience building latency-sensitive systems using modern C++.
- Experience in market making, electronic trading or exchange connectivity.
- Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management and performance optimisation.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
