Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage and mentor our team of 9 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) across Europe. This role is pivotal in driving pipeline generation, optimizing outreach strategies, and ensuring alignment with marketing and sales goals. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, a strong understanding of sales development best practices, and familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator DemandBase, and ZoomInfo.
Job Scope:
– Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SDR team across multiple European markets.
– Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align outreach strategies and messaging.
– Monitor and report on team performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
– Drive adoption and effective use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, DemandBase, and ZoomInfo.
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer-first thinking.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Manage daily operations of the SDR team, including goal setting, performance reviews, and training.
– Develop and refine outreach cadences and messaging in collaboration with Marketing.
– Analyze data to identify trends, optimize performance, and report insights to leadership.
– Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting.
– Support SDRs in lead qualification and handoff to Account Executives.
– Champion the use of sales enablement tools and ensure best practices are followed.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
– Proven experience leading SDR or inside sales teams, ideally in a Telecom, Cyber Security or Cloud Services environment.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
– Hands-on experience with DemandBase, Outreach, and/or ZoomInfo.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
– Demonstrable experience in managing remote, multinational teams
Desirable Experience/Qualifications:
– Experience working in a multinational, remote-first environment.
– Familiarity with sales automation and enablement platforms.
