Drive seamless global service delivery by building a high-performing, responsive logistics and supply chain operation. Join a dynamic Supply Chain and Logistics function where you will play a central role in enabling service delivery teams to meet customer commitments with confidence. You will lead the coordination of suppliers, processes, and distribution capabilities to ensure hardware and software are delivered efficiently across multiple regions. This role combines operational oversight with strategic vendor management, helping to create a reliable and scalable supply chain that underpins exceptional client outcomes.

About the Role: As Service Delivery Logistics Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of logistics operations supporting global service delivery and assurance teams. You will ensure the effective sourcing and distribution of CPE and UCPE solutions, maintain strong relationships with OEM vendors, and align regional demand with supply planning. You will also play a key role in driving cost efficiency, ensuring governance, and supporting client-facing teams with accurate updates and reliable delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end logistics operations for the distribution of CPE and UCPE across multiple countries.
  • Develop and track vendor performance metrics to ensure service, cost, and quality targets are consistently achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring contract compliance and resolving performance issues.
  • Create, progress, and manage Purchase Orders through Oracle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee relationships with OEMs including Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Aruba to optimise supply outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics, and Service Delivery to align priorities.
  • Identify potential risks to supply continuity and implement mitigation strategies to maintain service levels.
  • Drive cost control initiatives through vendor optimisation and strategic sourcing approaches.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, governance frameworks, and regional compliance requirements.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on demand planning, sourcing, and vendor performance.
  • Support client-facing teams with timely updates and key data to enable smooth order progression.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Understanding of global telecoms and managed service environments and technology, specifically the basics on what UCPE, CPE and licences are, and how they relate to GTT solutions and service offering.
  • Project management or coordination type experience, showing achieved outcomes against business requirement.
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics within a regional or multi-country environment would be useful.
  • Proven capability in vendor management.
  • Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional operational teams.
  • Experience managing supplier performance and driving accountability.
  • Ability to analyse demand and supply data to inform planning decisions.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier governance.
  • Experience in Telecommunications, Technology, or complex B2B services environments.

Hours/Travel/Shift: Normal Office Hours. Remote with flexibility to travel as and when required for customer/team meetings.
