Role Summary: The Field Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of segment-specific marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, trade shows, webinars, and partner programs. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing pipeline goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing campaign briefs, managing budgets, defining targeting strategies, enabling sales, and delivering performance reporting and ROI analysis.
- Collaboration with Corporate Marketing and cross‑functional teams to drive integrated digital and email activities that support the sales funnel.
Job Scope/Supervision: This is a hands‑on role with responsibility for planning and delivering multi‑channel campaigns and selected events. The role manages projects, suppliers and timelines but does not have direct reports. This position reports into the Director, Field Marketing and works closely with sales, marketing and external vendors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver and optimise integrated campaigns reaching customers and qualified prospects.
- Run multi‑channel programs including webinars, digital campaigns, promotions, case studies and selected events.
- Manage timelines, assets and supplier relationships to ensure smooth delivery.
- Create and coordinate customer stories and case studies with sales teams.
- Track and report on campaign performance, lead generation and ROI.
- Support internal communications to keep the sales organisation updated on marketing activities and resources.
- Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, event partners and internal stakeholders.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Proven experience of creating and delivering marketing campaigns and events.
- Experience managing budgets, projects and supplier relationships.
- Strong writing and editing skills, able to adapt technical content for broader audiences.
- Hands on experience with CRM systems.
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, online lead generation and social media.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
Desirable Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience in telecoms or ICT marketing.
- Experience of SaaS based Marketing.
- Experience producing case studies or customer stories.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms or analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field or related marketing qualifications.
Hours/Travel/Shift: Monday-Friday business hours. Occasional local and international travel for events.
