Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join our team at our Ballyclare office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly employee reports for payroll processing
  • Monitor the accounts receivable ledger to ensure payments are received and accurately recorded
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing or payment discrepancies
  • Communicate with customers regarding billing queries and provide account statements as required
  • Post and reconcile supplier invoices and statements
  • Perform creditor statement reconciliations
  • Liaise with creditors on an ongoing basis
  • Assist with the day-to-day administration of a busy office

Requirements

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or credit control
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience using accounting software (e.g. Sage)
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
