Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join our team at our Ballyclare office.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce weekly employee reports for payroll processing
- Monitor the accounts receivable ledger to ensure payments are received and accurately recorded
- Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing or payment discrepancies
- Communicate with customers regarding billing queries and provide account statements as required
- Post and reconcile supplier invoices and statements
- Perform creditor statement reconciliations
- Liaise with creditors on an ongoing basis
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of a busy office
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or credit control
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using accounting software (e.g. Sage)
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
