About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and oversee multiple projects within the UK water industry. This is a key leadership role ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation) experience and a proven ability to manage complex site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and project specifications.
- Supervise construction, fabrication, and MEICA installation works.
- Liaise with clients and report progress to senior management.
- Attend design and commissioning meetings, ensuring works align with drawings and technical requirements.
- Monitor costs, progress, and quality control across all civil and MEICA works.
- Maintain site documentation, including Temporary Works Registers and CDM compliance.
- Deliver toolbox talks and promote a strong health & safety culture.
- Coordinate workforce and subcontractors, resolving issues promptly.

- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS Card
- UK Driving Licence
- MEICA-related training or certification (desirable)
- Temporary Works Supervisor / A61 Appointed Person (desirable)
Skills & Experience:
- Strong MEICA knowledge and experience in managing site operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of engineering principles.
- Knowledge of DSEAR environments and ATEX compliance.
