We’re looking for an experienced Drainage Team Leader to run a small gang on a long-term contract in Exeter. This is a hands-on role working on live sites, overseeing drainage works and day-to-day site activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a drainage gang
- Carry out drainage works (excavation, pipe laying, connections, reinstatement)
- Work from drawings and method statements
- Ensure health & safety and quality standards are met
- Liaise with site management and report progress
Requirements
- Proven experience in drainage and team leadership
- CSCS card (Gold preferred)
- SSSTS/SMSTS (preferred)
- Confined Spaces (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
