We re looking for someone to lead our Production Engineering team and make all of that happen.
Not by standing on the sidelines with a folder in hand, observing, ticking boxes and being unavailable most of the time.
By getting involved.
You ll lead a team of 7-8 engineers and drawing office staff, helping them prioritise work, develop their skills and deliver high standards every day.
You ll work closely with Production, Planning and our customers to make sure new products move into manufacture without unnecessary delays, confusion or firefighting.
