Interpret assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
Solder components down to 0201 size using through hole and surface mount methods.
Adhere to various IPC soldering standards.
Carry out inspection and basic testing to ensure product quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in PCB assembly and electronic component handling.
- IPC experience - ideally certification, but experience is fine as well.
- Good component recognition skills.
- Experience of using tweezers and hand tools for component placement and working.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
