Test Supervisor - Electronics Location: Hertfordshire Salary: £42-45,000pa (depending on experience) ***Please note - this roles is working within an electronics & electro-mechanical manufacturing environment, not IT or Software Testing.*** This role does not offer sponsorship, so full right to work in the UK is mandatory The Role We are looking for an experienced Test Supervisor to lead an Electronics Test Department, overseeing daily testing activities, coordinating workloads and supervising a team of Test Engineers and Technicians. You will combine your electronics test and fault-finding expertise with hands-on leadership, ensuring production targets, product quality and customer requirements are consistently met. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the daily workload of the Test Department, including Automated Test Equipment (ATE). * Support electronic testing, fault-finding and debugging across digital, analogue and RF assemblies. * Ensure test equipment is maintained, functional, calibrated and fit for purpose. * Monitor team performance, attendance, training and development. * Maintain quality standards, accurate test records and compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100. * Work closely with Production, Engineering and other departments to resolve issues and meet delivery targets. About You * Extensive experience in electronics testing and fault-finding across different technologies. * Experience of using standard test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Signal Generators and ATE * Proven experience supervising a technical team and delivering production targets on time and in full. * Strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills. * A hands-on approach to leadership, quality and continuous improvement.
