Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with System and Production Engineering to scale production, ensuring robust control plans to meet customer quality and delivery expectations.
- Develop and execute expansion strategies, covering logistics, supplier management, and quality control.
- Enhance manufacturing efficiency, drive cost reduction, and scale capacity in line with increasing demand.
- Work closely with Production Engineering to implement efficiency improvements and cost-down initiatives.
