About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – CRE Civils to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leadership role within a fast-paced environment, managing and delivering civil engineering projects to the highest standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee civil engineering projects from enquiry to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.
- Manage resources, review project progress, and report updates to the Framework Manager / CEM.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and requirements.
- Develop and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Identify new business opportunities and support tendering and risk review processes.
- Oversee project documentation, safety inspections, incident investigations, and compliance auditing.
- Act as CRE (Construction) across frameworks, driving multi-disciplinary teamwork for optimal results.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience
- Proven experience working in a collaborative environment
