Senior Geospatial Manager Location: Crawley – 2–3 days per week Salary: £60,000–£70,000 + package Experience: 10+ years The Opportunity An ambitious and growing business is looking for an experienced Senior Geospatial Manager to take ownership of the operational, commercial and people-focused development of its geospatial division. This is a senior management position for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of people, clients, commercial performance and business growth . With an established team of around 18 professionals and significant plans for further expansion, this person will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the division. This is not a heavily technical position . The emphasis is firmly on leadership, commercial development, operational performance and building capability, with technical delivery accounting for less than 10% of the role. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of the geospatial division.
