Some programmes genuinely matter. We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to join a high-performing team delivering long-cycle, technically complex defence programmes. You'll work directly alongside a Senior Programme Manager, owning the internal execution layer - schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk registers, and governance - so they can focus on customer relationships and commercial delivery.
You'll be tracking delivery of critical hardware across multiple geographies, managing integrated master schedules, driving governance through contract milestones, and resolving the resource conflicts and blockers that come with complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
- 5+ years in program management within defence or aerospace
- A recognised PM certification (PMP or equivalent) - or a strong case without one
- Real financial literacy: budgeting, forecasting, margin - not just awareness, but hands-on experience
- Eligibility for UK security clearance (essential)
You'll have a defined remit, real autonomy within it, and a Programme Manager who wants a strong operational partner.
