A fast-moving product development team in the life sciences sector is looking for an experienced Quality Lead to take ownership of quality activities across the full product lifecycle - from design reviews and risk management through to QMS compliance and validation. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you'll sit at the heart of the project, working closely with development, supply chain, and global stakeholders to ensure quality isn't just monitored - it's embedded from day one.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading quality coordination across product development and validation activities
  • Owning design reviews, risk management documentation, and approval of outsourced specifications
  • Implementing and maintaining QMS procedures and ensuring project documentation compliance
  • Supporting root cause analysis and driving quality improvements throughout the lifecycle
  • Acting as the quality interface between Project Leads, R&D teams, and international colleagues

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Solid background in Quality Management within pharma, biopharma, or medical devices
  • Working knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and/or medical device quality standards
  • Experience coordinating or leading quality teams within a project environment
  • Strong communicator - proactive, analytical, and comfortable managing competing priorities
