Are you a commercially astute and driven QS ready to step into a broader role? We're representing a major UK Civil Contractor with projected increase in revenue of £20m - £30m within 12 months. The Role
This position sits between the commercial department and project management teams, acting as a key commercial lead across both frameworks. While pricing capability is important, this role is more about commercial leadership — taking ownership of projects, supporting delivery teams, and confidently driving commercial performance. You will not simply be handed drawings and told to price a job. Instead, you'll work collaboratively with managers and operational teams to gather information, shape commercial strategy, and ensure projects are delivered profitably.
