We are looking for an experienced Test Department Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy electronics service and repair centre. This role blends technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring high-quality diagnostics, repair, and refurbishment of electronic and electro-mechanical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of service technicians working on electronic and electro-mechanical systems
- Oversee diagnostics, inspection, repair, and refurbishment workflows to meet quality and turnaround targets
- Manage repair queues and prioritise workload to maximise efficiency
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex electronic fault-finding and repair issues
- Control refurbishment processes, including repair cost limits and final quality checks
- Approve service quotations and support customer enquiries with technical input
