Job Description
GTS is pleased to be working again for one of our key clients who is at the forefront of national security.
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in construction and a solid understanding of NEC contracts? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where attention to detail and stakeholder communication are key? If you also bring experience in access control systems – even better!
We’re working with a leading organisation at the forefront of critical infrastructure and security projects, and they’re looking to bring on a Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from conception to completion
You will be leading projects from planning to handover, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and in line with the NEC contract frameworks.
Managing subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Coordinating technical aspects related to access control, CCTV, or security systems, where applicable.
Monitoring progress, managing risk, and maintaining full contract compliance.
Reporting on project KPIs and maintaining client satisfaction at every stage
You will have
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector.
Strong working knowledge of NEC3 or NEC4 contracts (essential).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Experience or knowledge of access control, security, or electronic systems (highly desirable).
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Prince2, APM, SMSTS)
