Are you an ambitious Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant looking for the next step in your career? We're seeking an experienced recruiter to join our growing technical engineering division, specialising in sectors such as Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Rail, Infrastructure, Transportation, and the Built Environment. This is an opportunity to join a business with significant growth plans, established client relationships, and genuine opportunities to progress into leadership and management.

This is a full 360 recruitment role where you'll be responsible for developing client relationships, winning new business, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions across permanent and contract markets. Working with mid-to-senior level engineering professionals, you'll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while building your own specialist market and personal brand.

  • Developing and managing relationships with engineering consultancies, contractors, and infrastructure organisations.
  • Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement.
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates and clients.
  • Negotiating fees, terms, and commercial agreements.
  • Managing multiple assignments and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Principal Consultant. A track record of billing success within technical, engineering, construction, rail, infrastructure, or similar professional markets. High levels of motivation, professionalism, and commercial awareness.

Competitive basic salary depending on experience. Ongoing training, development, and leadership support. Modern Milton Keynes office. The opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a successful recruitment business.
