We are recruiting for multiple Senior Design Engineers to join a leading Rail Infrastructure engineering team within a Communication & Information Systems (CIS) environment. This is an opportunity to work on nationally significant infrastructure projects including HS2, major tunnel ventilation schemes, and high-profile transport bids such as tram networks. You will own and deliver complex, multi-discipline SCADA and control system solutions across major rail infrastructure projects.
From early-stage bid support through detailed design, integration, testing and deployment, you will:
- Deliver specification development, system architecture design and deployment of SCADA & control systems
- Apply best practice engineering governance, standards and configuration control
- Support building systems testing and integration phases
Projects include:
- Degree qualified in Electrical, Electronic, Control, Systems Engineering or similar
- Experience delivering complex control and monitoring systems
- Siemens S7 PLCs
- Integration of PLC/RTU systems with field devices and networks
- Comfortable setting technical direction and guiding engineers
- Tunnel ventilation control system design experience
