Senior Composite Design Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Composite Design Engineer to take ownership of F1 composite components — from concept to release — ensuring maximum performance, reliability, and precision.

What You’ll Do

• Design carbon fibre parts, moulds, jigs, and tooling
• Ensure all components meet F1 technical regulations
• Collaborate with aerodynamics, design, and manufacturing teams
• Support race and test events when required
• Mentor junior engineers and drive design innovation

What You’ll Need

• Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Automotive Engineering
• Proven experience in Formula 1, motorsport, or high‑performance composites
• Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 or Siemens NX
• Strong understanding of composite materials and lay‑up processes
• Proactive mindset with strong teamwork and problem‑solving skills
