CCTV Security Support Officer – Wednesbury | £40,000 (Negotiable) GTS Transportation is recruiting on behalf of our client, for the position of CCTV Security Support Officer . This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at the client’s site in Wednesbury , requiring attendance in the office Monday to Friday . Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of CCTV systems and safety-critical communications. This role plays a key part in supporting investigations and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including data protection legislation. Download, review and manage all forms of CCTV footage network, and body-worn devices. Ensure all findings are accurately entered into the incident database. Ensure adherence to GDPR and the organisation’s employee privacy policies. Support the wider QHSE and Security teams with administrative and investigative tasks. Attend meetings and represent the company in matters relating to CCTV and security systems. Proven experience in an office-based environment with strong administrative and organisational skills. Previous experience in a CCTV high security role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to undergo drugs and alcohol testing in accordance with company policy.
