Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and improving composite manufacturing processes
  • Optimising lay-up, cure and trimming operations
  • Creating manufacturing documentation, process instructions and routings
  • Supporting production, quality and design teams
  • Leading investigations into manufacturing and quality issues
  • Supporting equipment commissioning and production scale-up
  • Driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with AS9100 and aerospace quality standards

Experience Required:

  • Experience within composites manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes
  • Aerospace, defence, motorsport or advanced engineering background
  • Knowledge of AS9100 or equivalent quality systems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Experience within a fast-growth manufacturing environment

Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 DOE
