We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activities for a rail project in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for rail infrastructure, systems, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure safe and reliable rail operations.
- Supervise multidisciplinary maintenance teams and external contractors.
- Monitor asset performance, identify failures, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational requirements.
