We're seeking an experienced machining professional to join a specialist engineering environment focused on low-volume, high-precision components. This is a hands-on role offering exposure across the full manufacturing lifecycle, from early concepts through to finished parts.

The role:

  • Manufacture prototype and small-batch components using modern CNC milling and turning equipment
  • Program, set and operate CNC machine tools, including multi-axis machining
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to support new part development
  • Inspect components to ensure conformance with drawings and specifications
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, quality and safe working practices

What we're looking for:

  • Apprentice-trained machinist or equivalent experience in a precision engineering environment
  • Strong CNC programming, setting and operating capability
  • Confident reading engineering drawings and tolerances
  • Proactive, self-motivated communicator with a quality-focused mindset
