What We're Looking For

We need a proven business developer with a strong track record of winning new business in the medical device market that understand the unique demands of regulated medical applications.

Your background should demonstrate success engaging with customers developing diagnostic equipment, surgical systems, imaging, patient monitoring, therapeutic devices, or other mission-critical medical applications requiring high-reliability solutions.

  • Demonstrated business development success - Proven ability to identify, pursue and close new business opportunities across the UK & Ireland.
  • Medical market expertise - Track record selling electromechanical or associated systems into medical device OEMs.
  • Specification led sales experience - Proven success with design-in and specification-led sales processes, building long-term technical partnerships.
  • Technical stakeholder engagement - Ability to influence and build relationships with design engineers, R&D teams, procurement functions and senior technical decision-makers.
  • Product knowledge - Background within electronic components, electromechanical systems, sensors, actuators, or related engineered technologies.
  • Account growth mindset - Comfortable balancing new business acquisition with strategic account expansion.
