What You’ll Do- Lead estimation and tendering activity across a variety of projects.
- Play a key part in helping the business break into new sectors, including:

- Utilities
- Local Government
- 5+ years’ experience as an Estimator in construction or infrastructure.
- A strong track record of successful tendering, ideally including frameworks.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify sector expansion opportunities.
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to influence at a senior level.
- Passion for growth—both personally and for the business.
- Competitive salary: £65,000–£85,000, depending on experience and sector expertise.
