A well-established engineering and production business is seeking an experienced CNC Miller / Turner to join its manufacturing team on a permanent basis. Working within a safety-focused production environment, you will be responsible for the operation and machining of precision-engineered components, ensuring quality standards and production targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC milling and turning machinery safely and efficiently
  • Manufacture and machine components to engineering drawings and specifications
  • Carry out quality inspections and measurements using appropriate tooling
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Adhere to all health, safety and quality procedures

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience operating CNC milling and/or turning machines
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and manufacturing tolerances

Working Hours

  • 3 on / 3 off shift pattern
  • Days: 06:00 – 18:00
