The role This isn't a caretaker position.
You'll own the finance function end to end and have a genuine seat at the leadership table when decisions get made about investment, pricing, and direction.
Reporting into the MD, you'll have real autonomy in a business small enough that your work shows up in the results within a quarter.
Core responsibilities: Management accounts, forecasting, and cash flow Statutory reporting and compliance Commercial input into pricing and investment decisions Building out processes and systems as the business scales What we're looking for Background in manufacturing, ideally electronics or a technical sector Comfortable with the mechanics of it: inventory tying up cash, margins shifting with component costs, production schedules finance needs to keep pace with Able to work in an environment requiring UK security clearance (details shared at interview stage) Location Home counties, easily commutable from Milton Keynes, Luton, and the surrounding area.
