What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and improving composite manufacturing processes
- Optimising lay-up, cure and trimming operations
- Creating manufacturing documentation, process instructions and routings
- Supporting production, quality and design teams
- Leading investigations into manufacturing and quality issues
- Supporting equipment commissioning and production scale-up
- Driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with AS9100 and aerospace quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience within composites manufacturing
- Strong understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes
- Autoclave and lamination experience
- Aerospace, defence, motorsport or advanced engineering background
- Knowledge of AS9100 or equivalent quality systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally within engineering and manufacturing teams
