About the Role
Over the past few years, our client’s eCommerce channels have experienced exponential growth, averaging 100% year-on-year expansion. To support this continued success, they are looking for a strategic and results-driven professional to lead their Amazon sales channel and enhance customer experiences in the ever-evolving digital marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Manage and optimise multiple Amazon marketplaces, ensuring best-in-class customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
- Leverage digital marketing techniques and emerging technologies to maximise platform performance.
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium10 or Data Dive to improve product listings.
- Assist in executing and optimising PPC campaigns to align with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the FBA & Inventory team to ensure consistent stock availability.
- Prepare reports on key performance metrics, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest marketplace trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
