Now, we’re looking for an ambitious Delivery Consultant to join our Engineering team in Milton Keynes and help us secure the very best mid-to-senior level talent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Rail and Infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing

• Sourcing and engaging high-calibre engineering professionals across some of the industry’s most in-demand technical disciplines
• Owning the candidate journey for mid-to-senior level vacancies, from first conversation to placement
• Building lasting networks within specialist engineering markets
• Conducting interviews, assessments and qualification calls that go beyond box-ticking
• Delivering high-quality, fast-turnaround shortlists that clients can rely on
• Proactively mapping markets to stay ahead of where the talent is heading next
• Keeping pipelines sharp and accurate within our CRM

What you’ll bring

• Recruitment experience as a Delivery Consultant, Resourcer, Talent Acquisition specialist or Recruitment Consultant
• Exposure to technical engineering sectors, Civil, Structural, Rail, Infrastructure, Construction Engineering or similar
• A track record recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles
• Sharp relationship-building instincts and the communication skills to match
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and the ambition to keep climbing
