Locations: Opportunities in Warwickshire, Silverstone and Daventry
Contract: 6-Month Rolling (Outside IR35)
Shifts: Various Day, Night, and Weekend Shifts Available

The Opportunity
We're looking for experienced Composite Laminators and Composite Trimmers / Fitters to join exciting Formula 1, motorsport, and high-performance automotive projects with a number of our clients in Warwickshire, Daventry and Silverstone. You'll be part of a skilled team producing high-quality composite components for some of the most advanced race cars and performance vehicles in the world. These are outside IR35 contract roles offering excellent hourly rates and long-term project work with ongoing extensions available.
Roles Available
- Composite Laminators
- Layup of pre-preg carbon fibre and other advanced materials
- Work to tight tolerances using detailed engineering drawings and layup manuals
- Vacuum bagging, de-bulking, and curing processes
- Trimming and finishing to high standards for motorsport-quality components
- Trimming, drilling, bonding, and fitting of composite components
- Finishing and assembly of carbon fibre parts for F1 and motorsport applications
- Use of hand and air tools to achieve precise fits and finishes
- Understanding of jigs, fixtures, and templates
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Composite Laminator or Composite Trimmer/Fitter
- Background in Motorsport, Formula 1, or high-performance automotive manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
- Comfortable working from engineering drawings and layup manuals
- Flexibility to work on various shifts (days, nights, or weekends)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a fast-paced team
Contract Details
- 6-month rolling contracts with strong potential for extension
