We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Miller & Turner to join our clients growing team in East Anglia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong machining background, particularly in metal components, to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce precision components.
- Interpret technical drawings and engineering specs.
- Set up machines and carry out basic programming or adjustments.
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet exact tolerances.
- Work effectively within a shift-based manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller and/or Turner.
- Solid background working with metal components (steel, aluminium, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
- Experience with a variety of CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak).
