Contract initially to April 2026. We’re recruiting experienced Composite Laminators to support a Formula 1 team in Motorsport Valley on a night shift contract. You’ll be manufacturing high-performance F1 composite components, working to strict quality and process standards in a fast-paced motorsport environment.
Key experience required:
- Composite laminating experience in F1, motorsport, aerospace, or high-performance manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of composite materials and lay-up techniques
- Experience with autoclaves and composite tooling
