Role Overview
Lead the delivery of practical, end to end, user-focused digital and process improvements across Transport Infrastructure. This role blends transformation, operational insight, and technology to enhance productivity, simplify ways of working, and drive measurable business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand frontline operations, identifying pain points and opportunities for digital, AI, or process improvement.
- Design and deliver transformation initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through to implementation and performance tracking.
- Ensure solutions meet real user needs, improving workflows and operational efficiency.
- Standardise and streamline processes and systems, reducing complexity and waste.
- Challenge existing practices and drive behavioural change across teams.
- Support the move toward a more integrated and unified digital ecosystem.
- Lead pilots and rollouts, ensuring successful adoption and long-term embedding.
Skills & Experience
- Strong track record delivering complex transformation programmes.
- Solid project/programme management and PMO capability.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
