We’re continuing to expand our product organisation following our recent acquisition by Ripple, and we’re looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of our market-leading Netting solution, used by almost 200 global corporates. If you’re motivated by meaningful product ownership, enjoy solving complex commercial challenges, and thrive in close partnership with engineering, this is a role where you’ll make a real impact.
Why this role? GTreasury (part of Ripple) has been a trusted leader in treasury management for decades, and we’re now entering an exciting phase of accelerated growth and investment. Our Netting product is widely recognised as best-in-class, and this role gives you the opportunity to become the driving force behind its future direction. You’ll set strategy, shape the roadmap, partner closely with engineering, and make decisions that directly influence how some of the world’s largest corporates manage their intercompany FX and settlement operations. This is a product with depth, scale, and a huge opportunity to evolve.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of the Netting solution — strategy, roadmap, delivery, and continuous improvement
- Leading product discovery and gathering insights from global corporate customers
- Collaborating daily with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer teams
- Steering go-to-market decisions and influencing commercial outcomes
- Becoming our internal domain expert on intercompany netting, FX workflows, and corporate treasury operations
This is an individual contributor role with significant accountability and plenty of room to shape both the product and how our product organisation continues to mature.
What we’re looking for:
- You don’t need to come from treasury specifically — strong product craft is what matters most.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager with genuine end-to-end ownership
- Background in B2B SaaS
- A strong, collaborative approach to partnering with engineering
- Experience in financial services, FX, payments, or corporate finance (highly beneficial but not essential)
- Curiosity, energy, and the confidence to operate with autonomy
If you enjoy complex problem spaces, data-rich domains, and products that drive tangible financial outcomes, you’ll thrive in this role. If this sounds like the right fit — even if you’re not sure you meet every requirement — we’d love to hear from you. We’re happy to talk you through the product, the team, and what to expect throughout the interview process.
